Returns Policy

Lavin’s Menswear wishes to provide the highest possible quality products to our Customers. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with an item purchased in our shop we will provide full refunds or exchange on items returned to us within 21 days from the date of purchase.

We will refund your debit/credit card once we have received the items returned.

At Lavin’s Menswear we want to make your online experience as easy and enjoyable as purchasing goods in our store.

Return by Post

Goods must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. If you do not have the original packaging please use another bag that will protect the items during transit. We will not accept an item if the garment has been worn or tags have been removed.

Ensure to send your parcel via a secure delivery method. 

Please allow 7- 10 days for your return to be actioned.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. On receipt of the parcel we will begin to process your returns upon inspection of the items. Underwear will not be accepted as a return, unless the wrong product is sent out. 

In the days after a sale e.g. Black Friday, Mid Season sales and seasonal sales we experience a larger than usual number of returns. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed during this time.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, or for any payment issues with the An Post service. This is a third party service separate to Lavin’s Menswear.

Return In Store

Take your return to any till point in-store where we will process your return upon inspection of the items.

Please note: We will refund you using the same method of payment as used originally i.e. through PayPal or directly to the card used through our online system. Refunds will not be issued in store.
